Ardent Plumbing  & Mechanical Maintenance Agreements

Purchasing a home is one of the largest investments most people make in their lifetime. Protecting your investment is crucial. Owning a home can be a rewarding experience. But, if it is not taken care of properly, it can be a costly experience. Ardent Plumbing is dedicated to protecting your home and saving you money in the process.

The benefits of our Ardent Plumbing Maintenance Agreements are endless. Finding and correcting plumbing issues early can prevent costly repairs and potential damage to your home. Even minor drips on faucets or running toilets can consume hundreds of gallons of water each month, costing extra money with your utility bills.

As a Maintenance Agreement Member, you will receive a free yearly plumbing inspection. Your inspection is designed to detect problems early and provide maintenance for your plumbing system. Routine maintenance can extend the life of your water heater, tank less heaters, faucets, toilets, sump pumps, and more. That means when this equipment lasts longer, they don’t need to be replaced as often, giving you more `bang’ for your buck.

As a member, you will receive 15% off all services, including fresh water & sewer slab leaks, should your plumbing need repairs. You will, also, receive extended warranties on all work performed. You will, also, have the opportunity to earn more discounts through our referral program.
